Disclosed is a resin composition having high refractive index, high glass transition temperature and low viscosity, which is excellent in mold releasability, shape reproducibility and adhesion to a base. Specifically disclosed is an energy ray-curable resin composition for optical lens sheets, which is mainly composed of an o-phenylphenol(poly)ethoxy(meth)acrylate (A), while containing a compound (B) represented by the general formula (1) below and a photopolymerization initiator (C). (In the formula, Rand Rindependently represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and a and b respectively represent a number of not less than 1, with a + b being 2-4). |
