PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method to make holes in a photosensitive glass plate by which holes can be formed with high accuracy of positions and dimensional accuracy of depth. SOLUTION: First and second photosensitive glass plates 1, 2 with a light- shielding film 3 interposed are laminated and temporarily fixed with an adhesive 4. The first and second photosensitive glass plates 1, 2 are irradiated with UV rays through first and second masks 5, 6, respectively to form first and second latent images 11, 21, respectively. The light-shielding film 3 is removed to tightly adhere the first and second photosensitive glass plates 1, 2. By heat treating the laminated plates, the first and second latent images 11, 21 are crystallized and the first and second photosensitive glass plates are molten to stick with each other to form a sheet of photosensitive glass plate 7 (laminated glass). The obtd. photosensitive glass plate 7 is etched to remove first and second latent images 11, 21 to form holes 8 with steps.
