PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a column hall cover which does not easily come off even when stress is applied in inserted and counter-inserted directions of a clip and pawl and can assist holding power of the clip. SOLUTION: A marginal flange 7 of an opening provided under an instrumental panel in a driver's seat side is drilled to form a clip hole 18, and a clip mounting seat 10 is installed in a top part of a back side of a column hall cover 1 corresponding to the clip hole 18 so that the clip mounting seat 10 can protrude in a forward direction of a vehicle. At the same time, an elastic clip 11 is fixed on the clip mounting seat 10 and the elastic clip 11 is engaged with the clip hall 18. In this way, a simplified triangle-shaped or simplified fan-shaped projection 15 is protruded downward from a top of the clip mounting seat 10 in a fitting structure of a column hall cover to fit a column hall cover 1 on an instrument panel.
