PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce time and labor required for the preparation of repairing guide information by utilizing an elevator individual control data base and preparing repairing guide information including image information. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of an elevator individual control data base 2 storing customer data 21 and type data 22 for every elevator, an elevator repairing portion data base 1 storing data 11 for every repairing portion extracting each portion constituting the elevator according to a repairing unit, repairing contents data 12 showing a repairing place and repairing contents of the elevator corresponding to each repairing portion showing the data 11 for every repairing portion and image pickup portion instruction data 13 instructing an image pickup portion of the elevator, an image pickup device 3 image picking up an image pickup portion of the elevator based on image pickup instruction data and a repairing guide information preparing part supporting part 4 preparing repairing guide information on the elevator based on the customer data base, the type data 22, the repairing contents data and image data image picked up by the image pickup device 3.
