PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for processing a contour variable hole or shape to machine parts by an excimer laser. SOLUTION: This device includes a screen 50 equipped with a given shaped opening existing between an excimer laser 10 and a focusing device 30 of a laser beam. This screen moves on a face perpendicular to a laser beam 40. Control means 60, 70, and 80 automatically control the movement of the screen in real time corresponding to the pulse number sent from the laser beam during the processing of the hole of machine parts.
