PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable laser processing by freely varying curvature of a reflection face of a bend mirror and properly controlling it to a spot diameter with one light condensing lens. SOLUTION: In a laser processing device, a curvature varying mirror 3 is provided on an optical path of a laser beam LB from a laser oscillator to a light condensing lens in a laser processing head. Air pressure is applied to a pressurizing chamber 25 equipped on a back face of a reflection face M of the curvature varying mirror 3, so that the curvature of the reflection face M can be freely varied and adjusted. Many gas spraying nozzles 29 for spraying at a constant pressure to the back face of the reflection face M are provided to a pressurizing chamber 21. A pressure adjusting device 57 is commanded by a control device 17 for adjusting the air pressure, whereby variation volume of the curvature of the reflection face M is adjusted corresponding to a laser processing condition. The reflection face M can be freely and easily varied from a concave face, a flat face, to a convex face.
