A discharge port 5 comprising a vertical cylindrical body and the cylinder mechanism 3 having the discharge cylinder rod 3a vertically inserted into the discharge port from above and freely vertically moving within the discharge port are provided to the other end of the cylindrical apparatus main body and the film 9 charged in the hopper to fall into the apparatus main body is compressed in the compression part 4a of the apparatus main body by the compression cylinder rod. The compressed film is pushed downwardly by the discharge cylinder rod 3a to be supplied to a melting granulation apparatus.
