摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a target value in which operating pressure in a fuel supplying conducting pipe is set once from changing when an internal combustion engine is started by connecting a delay valve for loading the fuel supplying conducting pipe with initial pressure higher than operating pressure to an upstream side of a pressure regulating valve. SOLUTION: In a fuel carrying mechanism, fuel 30 in a fuel tank 5 is pumped up by a fuel carrying unit 1 to forcibly supply into a fuel supply conducting pipe 3. A branch pipe 11 is branched and connected to the fuel supply conducting pipe 3, and a valve unit is interposed in the branch pipe 11. The valve unit is composed of a pressure regulating valve 4 and a delay valve 7 connected to an upstream side of the pressure regulating valve 4, and outlet connecting parts 10, 13 of the pressure regulating valve 4 and the delay valve 7 are connected to a common return conducting pipe. When the fuel carrying unit 1 is operated, fuel pressure is restricted to the maximum value by a pressure restricting valve 2, and high pressure at the time of start in the fuel supply conducting pipe 3 is reduced to the operating pressure after a predetermined delay time by the delay valve 7.</p>
