PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of troubles such as breakage or cutting of a fence main body without increasing production cost or man-hours for production, SOLUTION: An anchor attaching portion 13 is provided in a trailing type floating body 1 such as a silt fence, oil fence, pollution prevention curtain, separation or mixing fence between sea water and river water, and one end of an anchor rope 3 is fixed to the anchor attaching portion 13 and the other end is attached to an anchor block 4 sunk and fixed to the bottom of sea, lake, river bed as a floated body mooring device. And a long-sized high-tension member 2 is attached to the floated body 1 in its length direction.
