摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection controller for an internal combustion engine capable of preventing an output decrease by properly injecting fuel, when an operation state of the engine changes between before and after completion of starting of the engine. SOLUTION: Fuel is injected during opening of an intake valve 19 before starting of an engine 11 is completed, while the fuel is injected before the opening (during closing) of the intake valve 19 after the starting of the engine 11 is completed. At the time of switching fuel injection timing before and after the completion of the starting of the engine 11, an electronic control unit (an ECU) of the engine 11 controls execution/non-execution of a fuel injection with a fuel injection valve 50 according to the fuel injection timing before and after the completion of the starting of the engine 11. That is, when an operation state of the engine 11 changes between before and after the completion of the starting of the engine 11, if the fuel to be injected is not yet injected, the ECU quickly executes the fuel injection, or else, if the fuel injection is already completed, the ECU inhibits a fuel re-injection.
