PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a piezoelectric element in a minute structure by forming a bottom electrode to a bottom face of a recessed part, forming a back electrode to a rear face of a piezoelectric block to be opposite to the bottom electrode and inserting a piezoelectric part between the electrodes. SOLUTION: A lid part 2 for covering a recessed part 3 in which a liquid is to be stored and a liquid channel groove 4 is fitted to a front face of a piezoelectric block material 1. The recessed part 3 covered with the lid part 2 forms a liquid storage chamber for storing the liquid, and the liquid channel groove 4 covered with the lid part 2 forms a liquid channel for guiding the liquid outside. A bottom electrode 5 is formed to totally cover a bottom face of the recessed part 3. A back electrode 6 opposite to the bottom electrode 5 is formed to a rear face of the piezoelectric block material 1. A piezoelectric element is formed of a piezoelectric part 7 at a bottom part of the liquid storage chamber inserted between the bottom electrode 5 and back electrode 6.
