<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint tool capable of simply and firmly connecting handrail bars which are to be mutually joined under an abutted state. SOLUTION: A male joint 6 is fixed onto one handrail bar 1A. A holder 14 is fastened onto the other handrail bar 1B. Female joints 15 are supported rotatably to the holder 14. The shaft section 5 of the male joint 6 is inserted into the shaft-section receiving holes 16 of the female joints 15. Projections 18 formed to the inner circumferences of the shaft-section receiving holes 16 are engaged into the arcuate grooves 10 of the shaft section 5 by the insertion, setscrews 19 are screwed from parts of the outer circumferences of the famale joints 15, and the front ends 19a of the setscrews 19 are engaged into the arcuate grooves 9 of the shaft section 5.</p> |
