PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flowability, machinability, mechanical strength, heat resistance and cold resistance by blending automobile carpet cut chip recalimed material with a specific melt flow rate with the specific ratio of an ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer, high-pressure process low-density polyethylene and inorganic filler masterbatch. SOLUTION: With the whole composition reference, 20-30 wt.% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a melt flow rate of 20-35 g/10 min. and vinyl acetate content at 20-35 wt.%, and 5-15 wt.% of high-pressure process low-density polyethylene with a melt flow rate of 30-80 g/10 min. and density of 0.914-0.926 g/m3, and 30-50 wt.% of inorganic filler masterbatch are blended in 15-30 wt.% of automobile carpet cut chip reclaimed material with a melt flow rate of 10-20 g/10 min. It is preferable that cut chips are formed of polyester foundation cloth at 5-10 wt.%, a polypropylene surface material layer at 10-20 wt.% and lining material at 70-85 wt.%. |
