PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor where in sealing ability of a compressing chamber formed from a movable scroll and a fixed scroll is improved and excessive increase of temperature of a refrigerant gas compressed in each compressing chamber is suppressed. SOLUTION: An asymmetric spiral is formed from a fixing scroll and a movable scroll supported in a housing. With a bulkhead 7 continuously formed from the outer end 3c of a fixing scroll tooth 3b to its next inside part of the fixing scroll tooth 3b, a pocket portion 8 connecting with intakes 20a, 20b is constituted. Oil or liquid refrigerant is released toward the pocket portion 8.
