PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding type partition device, which can surely prevent slack in a partition member in a separating condition and can be attached/ detached with excellent operability. SOLUTION: A tip part 8 of a partition member 5, which is wound on a winding device 30 arranged in a vehicle and arranged spreadably to a cabin 4, is locked by means of a first member 11, and the cabin 4 is divided into a passenger room 2 and a luggage room 3 by means of the spread partition member 5. After the partition member 5 is pulled out, it is locked by means of a locking mechanism allowing only the rotation in the winding direction A, while a second member shiftable between an unreleasable position, in which the tip part 8 is prevented from leaving from the first member 11, and a releasable position, in which the tip part 8 can be released, is arranged, so that the tip part 8 can be engaged/disengaged in/from the first member 11.
