VERTICAL CARRIER SYSTEM CORRESPONDING TO SLEWING OVERHEAD CRANE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical carrier system corresponding to a slewing over head crane capable of improving carrier efficiency of a lift by making a task of a slewing overhead crane and a lifting work of this lift independent. SOLUTION: A rail for load delivery 24 arranged in parallel to a crane rail 16 is mounted on a temporarily provided roof frame 14. A lift 22 is provided with a rail for lifting 26 which is arranged along an extending direction of the rail for load delivery 24 and is linearly butted against an end of the rail for load delivery 24 at a lifting location. The rail for lifting 26 is provided with a lift hoist 28 so as to be freely travelable. The lift hoist 28 is made freely transferable between both of these rails 24, 26 in a state that the rail for lifting 26 is butted against the rail for load delivery 24. The lift hoist 28 travels on the rail for load delivery 24, temporarily places a slung load on a work floor 12a and receives this load by a slewing overhead crane 10.
