LOCKING DEVICE FOR ATTACHMENT OF SYRINGE END-PIECE, STOMATOLOGIC SYRINGE SIGN, SYRINGE END-PIECE HOLDER

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: syringe end-piece is held in body of manual stomatologic instrument with three directions of motion by means of locking device which is screwed on threaded receiver in manual instrument body. Locking device has holder which center contains tapered embraced member receiving one end of syringe end-piece. Locking device also includes catching member latched on protruding edge of holder body end, and locking cap screwed on holder and on catching member. The latter contains many catching pins which engage syringe end-piece, and locking cap serves for tightening of catching pins on syringe end-piece. Locking device performs positive catching action on syringe end-piece and tightens syringe end-piece on tapered embraced member for reliable keeping of syringe end-piece in holder when it is used by dentist. Catching member is kept on protruding edge of holder to prevent unintentional separation of these parts. EFFECT: improved design. 23 cl, 7 dwg
