PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance in pricipal fields such as a contrast improvement, a dynamic range compression, a noise identification and an offset cancel by selecting filter processing coefficients so that numerical values and dispersion can be obtained. SOLUTION: In a filter array 221, filter processing coefficients 222 are selected and dispersed. When the filter array 221 is non-diagonally divided into four equal quadrants, the filter processing coefficient 222 is set as a constant code in each quadrant, and the filter processing coefficients 222 in the quadrants facing a diagonal line are set as the same codes. The filter processing coefficients 222 in the quadrants adjacent to the non-diagonal line are set as different codes. |
