PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which facilitates the replacement of the advertisement support even when the advertisement support is clamped sideward and houses a planar advertisement support and to guarantee that the advertisement support can securely be held in the front of a building against strong wind. SOLUTION: Two hangers 3 and 4 which are arranged mutually vertically are provided and the advertisement support 10 is held by those hangers so that it can be expanded; and the advertisement support 10 can be clamped sideward at this time and then a clamping device is provided on at least one side of the advertisement support 10 for the sideward clamping. The clamping device includes a flat edge 20 capable of gripping the advertisement support 10 sideward and includes a clamping means 70 capable of moving the plane edge 20 for the sideward clamping of the advertisement support 10 and the device houses the planar advertisement support 10 held in the clamping direction on the other side.
