PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production of double duct being employed for ventilation or air conditioning in a building while reducing the cost by jointing ducts having triangular cross-section for first and second uses on one sides thereof thereby obtaining a duct having square cross-section. SOLUTION: A double duct 1 for ventilation is constructed by jointing ducts for two different exhaust systems, e.g. an exhaust ducts 2, 3 for toilet and bathroom, integrally on one sides thereof. The exhaust ducts 2, 3 are made of galvanized iron plate and has triangular cross-section wherein the widest sides are jointed each other to form a double duct 1 having square cross-section. Air may flow in same direction or different direction through respective ducts constituting the double duct 1 and the double duct may be formed by jointing two air supply ducts on one sides thereof.
