PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold/hot storage apparatus which can exert not only the primary function of the cold/hot storage apparatus, but also a cooling/ heating function efficiently and simply with the same heat source unit used in common. SOLUTION: Heat exchange parts 2a and 2b which are changed into a heat radiation side and a heat absorption side are disposed on the opposite sides of a Peltier element 1 and a heat source unit 3 is formed by making the heat exchange part 2a on one side appear outside. The heat source unit 3 is equipped with a heat-insulating vessel 4 which is fitted removably so that it covers the heat exchange part 2a on one side and with a duct 5 which is fitted removably so that it covers the heat exchange part 2a on one side, and the two are fitted selectively to the same heat source unit 3.
