PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a security function in a multiple dwelling house extended and to attain improvement of fire prevention. SOLUTION: A fire occurrence is notified by performing operation of fire confirmation by an in-house security device 1 after a specified time past after a house sensor 2 of a multiple dwelling house operates or by pressing a fire confirmation button 23, fire occurrence signals S11 and S11' are transmitted to a dwelling building receiver 4 and, when the dwelling building receiver transmits the transmitted fire occurrence signals to a neighborhood house in a warning area as neighborhood fire occurrence signals S12 and S12' together with warning area information, the in-house security device in the same warning area commonly wired by a fire occurrence source and bus lines L1 and L1' inputs the fire occurrence signals and the neighborhood fire occurrence signals respectively and signals first warning area information S21. On the other hand, an in-house security device in the warning area different from the fire occurrence source inputs only the neighborhood fire occurrence signal and signals second warning area information S22.
