PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of a frame upsetting during the occurrence of an earthquake. SOLUTION: This foundation structure comprises lattice-form reinforcing bar arrangement 1 on which anchor bolts 2 are mounted; and a hollow-form frame body 5 filled with ready mixed concrete. The frame body 5 comprises an outer frame 51, and an inner frame 52 slidable in the outer frame. Support frames 51a and 51a to support the reinforcing bar arrangement 1 are formed in the outer frame. The frame body 5 and concrete in which the frame body is arranged are intercoupled through the reinforcing bar arrangement.
