摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a work for attaching a heater-type flow rate sensor to a pipe, and to quickly perform all processes from receiving an order of the flow rate sensor of a designated specification to delivering it without increasing stock. SOLUTION: A flow rate sensor has a head part 2 and a case part 4, wherein the head part 2 is provided with a flow rate detection part 12 with a fin plate 14 having a heating function and a temperature detecting function and extending outside for coming into contact with a fluid to be detected, and a fluid temperature detection part 22 having a fin plate 14' extending outside for coming into contact with the fluid, and the case part 4 is connected to the head part 2 and contains a built-in electrically treating circuit board 34. In the flow rate detection part 12 an output of a flow rate is obtained by a treatment circuit based on the result of temperature detection carried out while being influenced by heat absorption by the fluid according to heat generation, and on a fluid temperature detected by the fluid temperature detection part 22. External terminals 38 are installed in the case part 4. The head part 2 and the case part 4 are detachably connected to each other. When the head part 2 is attached to or detached from the case part 4, the attaching or detaching is performed between electrode terminal pins 18 and pin receiving members 35.</p>
