PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal where registered destination information or sender information is read, and required character string information is selected and edited so as to facilitate the registration. SOLUTION: The communication terminal F capable of registering plural destination information sets or sender information sets is provided with a control means 1 that allows a display means 3 to display a plurality of registered destination information sets or sender information sets, selects an edits required character string information by means of operation of an operation means 3 from the destination information or the sender information displayed on the display means 3 and newly registers the edited character string information.
