PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric leakage breaker which is not susceptible to electromagnetic waves and the like and capable of accommodating a Zero-phase- sequence Current Transformer and a control circuit substrate with a small space. SOLUTION: In an electric leakage breaker 1, a Zero-phase-sequence Current Transformer 3 for detecting a current leakage of a main circuit to output a signal is placed on a base 2 so as to be approximately perpendicular to the base 2, and conductor 5R, 5S, 5T of the main circuit penetrate a through hole 4 of the Zero-phase-sequence Current Transformer 3. A control circuit substrate 7 mounting a control circuit for amplifying the output signal from the Zero- phase-sequence Current Transformer 3 to energize a tripping coil 8, thereby tripping a contact of the main circuit is horizontally arranged, and the Zero- phase-sequence Current Transformer 3 is mounted on the control circuit substrate 7.
