PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle-rotating body inexpensive and easy to manufacture by arranging a rotational speed sensor opposite to a pulsar which has a cylindrical mount part, a disc-like part to be detected which includes a plurality of penetrating parts via an equal distance in a circumferential direction, and a ring-like continuous part continuous in the circumferential direction with the end opposite to the mount part. SOLUTION: A pulsar gear 50 is looped having a U-shaped cross section and comprises a cylindrical mount part 52 to be mounted to an outer ring main body 22, a gear part 54 which is parallel to the mount part, slightly longer than the mount part and includes many axially slim rectangular windows 56 via an equal distance in a circumferential direction and a radial coupling part 58 for coupling the mount part 52 and the gear part 54. The rectangular windows 56 and columnar parts 57 of the gear part 54 are alternately present in the circumferential direction within a cylindrical face and alternately pass in front of a rotational speed-detecting sensor 40 set adjacent to the pulsar gear 50 and faced inward in the radial direction.
