PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulator having a thermal fuse requiring no changing of the piping even when a thermal fuse function is added, small in economic load, and capable of ensuring the high safety during a fire. SOLUTION: In a pressure regulator 1 having a thermal fuse, a diaphragm 14 having a working rod 13 in a center is held by a pressure regulator body 12 having an opening/closing valve 8 to open/close a nozzle part 3 and a pressure regulating chamber 11 and a cover part 16 to be communicated with the atmosphere. The pressure regulator is provided with a pressure regulating mechanism 17 to urge the diaphragm 14 to the pressure regulating chamber 11 side and a link mechanism 24 to transmit the motion of the working rod 13 to the opening/closing valve 8 in the pressure regulating chamber 11, are provided. A compression spring 31 to press the link mechanism 24 in the direction to close the opening/closing valve 8 is held in a compressed condition by a fixing member 32 to be melted at a specified temperature. Since the fixing member 32 is melted when its temperature reaches a specified value, the elastic body 31 is restored to restrict the motion of the link mechanism 24 to close the opening/closing valve 8.
