PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make movable a sum equivallent to a commodity from an account in a customer's name to an account in the name of the provider of the commodity in a case when the customer reserves the commodity by instructing the processor to move the sum euivallent to the commodity from the account in the customer's name to the account in the name of the provider of the commodity in a banking facility when contents of information concerning the account in the customer's name are mutually coincident. SOLUTION: Reserving information of a provided commodity is inputted to CPU C through a terminal device A. Information on the account in the name of the banking facility is transmitted to CPU C through the terminal device A. CPU C transmits information on the provider and information on the account in the customer's name to CPU E. Information on the account in the customer's name from the device A and information on the account in the customers name possessed by CPU B are compared with each other. When the contents of information on the account in the customers name in the banking facility are coincident with each other, the movement of the sum equivallent to the product from the account in the customer's name to the account in the name of the provider in the banking facility is instructed.
