PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely and speedily investingable the cause of fault occurrence by successively storing the contents of operation by a user and reproducing the operation performed to a KARAOKE device in the past according to this stored information. SOLUTION: In the operation log file of a hard disk device in this KARAOKE device 1, the time when the operation is performed to the KARAOKE device 1 and the contents of that operation are successively written. When any fault occurs in the KARAOKE device 1, this operation log is up-loaded through a communication line 5 to a center 50. According to this operation log, an operation reproduction control part 3 controls a KARAOKE device 4 for reproducing the operation. Thus, the KARAOKE device 4 for reproducing the operation can reproduce the operation performed to the KARAOKE device 1. |
