PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of economically changing a part of a program while eliminating disadvantage caused by shifting control by interrupting processing. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a mounting part for mounting a second memory in which a charged program for the changing place is stored at the time of changing a part of a program stored in a first memory, a changing place arrival detection circuit consisting of a first register 21 and a comparing circuit 22 for detecting the arrival of an executing address to the changing place in the middle of executing a program by a central processing unit, and a second register 23 for supplying the central processing unit with a jumping instruction for making the execution address jump to the leading address of the changed program stored in the second memory when a changing place reaching detection means detects the arrival of the execution address to the changing place.
