<p>A method for preparing a carbon material, characterized by reacting a polyolefin derivative represented by the following general formula: -(CX2-CX2)n- with Mg or an Mg alloy in an aprotic solvent in the presence of a Li salt and/or a metal halide, thereby forming a carbon material which has a polyyne structure represented by the following general formula: (-C C-)n and/or a cumulene structure represented by the following general formula: (=C=C=)n in at least a part of the main chain skeleton thereof.</p> |
