In the present invention there are disclosed pentacyclic derivatives of the general formula I or of the general formula II in which x represents -O-, -S- or {-Nre5} Y represents -O-, -S-, {-CHi2-}, {-CHi2Chi2-}, {-CH=CH-}, or {-Nri5-}, B represents {-CHi2-} or -CO-, Re1, Re2 and Re3 represent each independently on each other -H, -OH, {-O(alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms), {-OCOCi6Hi5}, {-OCO(alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms), {-OSOi2(alkyl containing 4 to 6 carbon atoms), {-OSOi2CFi3}, chlorine or fluorine, n represents 1 or 2, W represents {CHi2} or {C=O}, Re4 represents 1-piperidinyl, 2-oxo-1-piperidinyl, 1-pyrrolidinyl, methyl-1-pyrrolidinyl, dimethyl-1-pyrrolidinyl, 2-oxo-1-pyrrolidinyl, 4-morfolino, dimethylamino, diethylamino or 1-hexamethylenimino; Re5 represents alkyl containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms, {-COCi6Hi5, {-CO(alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms)}, {-C(O)OCi6Hi5}, {-C(O)O(alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms)}, {-SOi2(alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms)}, {-SOi2Ci6Hi5}, or {-SOi2CFi3} or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. In the present invention there are also claimed a process for preparing the compounds of the general formula I and of the general formula II and pharmaceutical preparations as well as methods of employing the compounds of the general formula I and of the general formula II.
