The invention concerns a medical apparatus for sensitive training and therapy, comprising a base (2) whereon is mounted a platform (1). The invention is characterised in that it further comprises means linking the platform (1) on the base (2) enabling the platform (1) to rotate freely in all directions, and at least an angular stop device for restricting or cancelling the platform (1) rotation along a selected axis of direction. The invention is applicable to sensitive training and therapy.
