<p>The invented multicomponent frostproof cooling and heat-carrying liquid contains 3 to 6 parts by weight water, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight urea, at the most 1.5 parts by weight glycol, 1 to 2 parts by weight potassium formate as the main component and further components preventing erosion and corrosion. 4 to 6 percent by weight glycerol, 0.8 to 0.9 percent by weight alkali benzoate, 0.08 to 0.12 percent by weight alkali polymetaphosphates and 0.02 to 0.04 percent by weight borax. Concentration of the components preventing erosion and corrosion is maintained on an optimum level independently on amount of water in the liquid and in the given case by making use 0.15 to 0.20 percent by weight benzotriazole or tolyltriazole.</p> |
