The volume dosage of each fluid is controlled by EROMs (multifunctional emitters-receivers of multi frequency waves) in response to results from detectors connected through Mikrotelec technology. The dosage is controlled using a float moving upwards in the receiver as the fluid enters, to control the volume dosage before distribution through a transfer line. Assembly of elements preserving the integrity of liquids during transport, pumping and dosing, with analysis and observation detectors allowing the original quality of the liquids or fluids to be maintained. The devices are controlled via EROMs with programs or chips allowing their control. These are connected to the detectors on different sites via Mikrotelec technology. The assembly is designed to temporarily preserve the integrity of each liquid and/or fluid and other components as they are transported and stored in containers or receivers which have rigid closures with flexible elements which can be operated manually or automatically under pressure from the controlling computers. The volume dosage of the fluid into the receiver (2) is controlled to safeguard the characteristics and quality of each component using a distribution cap (14) on a flow device (1) in a corresponding feed line (17). The distribution cap opens into a sealed filling chamber (18) in the receivers. The flow device is opened and a float (19) displaces as the liquid arrives, varying the usable volume of the receiver. The float starts on the bottom of the receiver or on the top of a column of fluid(s) already contained therein. The feed line and the distributor can be separated and the liquid in the receiver is distributed through a transfer line (22, 23) connected to the filling chamber whilst simultaneously moving the float which is floating freely on the transported liquid surface.
