PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process the whole files by means of a single code input by asking an operator to input the access code of a 2nd file when it is considered that a right access code to the 2nd file does not exist. SOLUTION: An operator control unit 13 requests a job manager 12 to send a list of all users whom a 2nd kind of print job stored in a storage unit 20 is sent. The unit 13 sends a request that demands a selected user name and a print job list to the job manager. The job manner inquires of an accounting/ security unit 27 about the existence of a user code to this user name, when it exists, the job manager interacts with a user through the unit 13 and checks the user code and when the result is affirmation, it produces a request for an interactive print job of the related user at that point of time and sends it to the unit 13.
