<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet through which a long component such as a wiring harness, etc., can be laid easily and surely, so as to penetrate the attachment plate of a chassis panel, etc. SOLUTION: A grommet 10 is composed of a 1st cylindrical part 21 through which a wiring harness is inserted, and a 2nd cylindrical part 22 connected to the 1st cylindrical part 21 with a connection part 23. A groove 24 formed in the outer circumferential surface of the 2nd cylindrical part 22 and flange parts 25 formed between the groove 24, and the connection part 23 keeps a protruding angle from the 2nd cylindrical part 22. After taking the inside of the 2nd cylindrical part 22 out, the respective flange parts 25 which are deformed into a tapered cylindrical shape are inserted through an attachment hole 12. Then the 2nd cylindrical part 22 is restored into the original shape to attach the grommet 10 to a predetermined position.</p> |
