PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate stopper which can be easily inserted and has the strong holding strength. SOLUTION: A plate stopper 1 is provided with an attachment base 10 to be fixed on the wall, etc., a couple of elastic support members 11, 12 projecting from the attachment base 10, a couple of rollers 14, 15 supported rotatively by the elastic support members 11, 12, and constituted so that a plate P can be inserted into a gap formed between the rollers 14, 15. Since the rollers rotate when the plate P is inserted, they can easily be inserted in-between without frictional resistance hindering the plate P from insertion. Therefore, even though the holding strength to the plate P is increased, the insertion ability is not affected.
