PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To practis load transfer between a commercial power supply and power equipment which is interlinked with the commercial power supply easily and instantaneously, and furthermore, without troubles caused by the discrepancies of voltage waveforms and frequencies, and supply a power stably. SOLUTION: An AC power from a generator 22 with an engine 21 which is power equipment is converted into a DC power by a rectifier 24. Moreover, an AC power from a commercial power supply 11 is converted into a DC power by an AC/DC converter 26. The respective DC currents are united with each other at a junction A, and the united current is reconverted into an AC current by a DC/AC inverter 27 and supplied to a load. With respect to the fluctuations of the load, the output of the power equipment is controlled by the control of the set current of the field coil 23 of the generator 22 of power equipment, or by the control of the revolution by the adjustment of a governor 61 of the engine 21.
