PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix simply a blanket on a blanket body provided with a comparatively small gap without the necessity of using a complicated mechanical device. SOLUTION: A blanket body 1 with a slot 5 extending to the axial direction and a filling bar 20 are provided, and the filling bar 20 is provided with a gap 22 formed at least on one side whereon a protruded face is formed, and a blanket having at least one lock section 32 is provided. Also the lock section 32 is provided with a least one of protruded section 33a and 33b to carry out the relative action with at least one of protruded faces 25a, 25b and 26c on one side of the gap.
