PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unitized building capable of forming an underfloor projection in space between adjacent building units, and consequently increasing the freedom of design. SOLUTION: This unitized building 11 has two units in a longitudinal direction and three units in a horizontal direction, totaling six building units 13. Regarding short side floor beams 23B faxed to each other, a pair of building units 13A and 13B lacking in a floor beam at one side are included and arranged at a center so as to have the lacking parts 17 of the floor beams faced to each other. In addition, the floor beam lacking parts 17 of the building units 13A and 13B as a pair are provided with an underfloor storage chamber 25, an underfloor foot warmer, a bathtub or the like.
