PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe pad that is air permeable, fits on a shape of toe, absorbs impact, and is easy to perform a ballet. SOLUTION: This toe pad consists of a toe covering part 1 and a little finger covering part 2 both of which are made by cutting an elastic polyurethane resin plate, and the pad has multiple through holes 3 on its whole surface. The toe covering part 1 consists of a left covering part 11 and a right covering part 12 and covers from the top surface to the side surface of toe, and the little finger covering part 2 covers the whole of little finger. A ballet dancer wears the toe pad in such a manner that the little finger covering part 2 covers the whole of the little finger and the left covering part 11 and a right covering part 12 cover the top surface to the side surface of the toe. Sweat is effused from the pores 3, pain of the toe is significantly eased, the toe pad fits on the shape of a ballet dancer's toe because of its opening at the back, and the toe pad is easy to perform a ballet because the toe is fully in contact with the stage floor.
