PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily control communication power, when performing communication in a TDMA system by controlling transmission power in each time slot period based on actual receiving signal quality. SOLUTION: A controller 180 of a mobile of a mobile station stores receiving power measured results in a slot unit over several past receiving slots and predicts the receiving power of the next receiving slot by means of an algorithm consisting of them. The controller 180 supplies a control signal, showing power value to be transmitted and a control signal showing the reference of transmission power to a computer 182. The computer 182 compares them and adjusts the gain of a transmission system gain control circuit 166. When the estimated value of receiving power is larger than the reference of predefined transmission power, the power value to be transmitted is made small value by the difference. When the estimated value of the receiving power is smaller than the reference, it is made large in value by that difference amount. |
