A hand piece for controlling a cooling temperature for cooling skin is provided to improve the stability and efficiency of cooling treatment by stably maintaining the cooling temperature with a controlling unit, a temperature sensor, and a temperature setting unit. A hand piece for controlling a cooling temperature for cooling skin includes a hand piece body(110), a plurality of thermoelectric devices, a plurality of water jackets, a cooling water supplying unit, and a case. The hand piece body has a plurality of planar units at a side, and a curved front end(112). The thermoelectric device consists of a cooling unit and a heating unit. The cooling unit is contacted at the planar unit of the hand piece body, absorbs the heat from the hand piece body by the applied power, and discharges the heat to the heating unit. The plurality of water jackets are contacted at the heating unit of the thermoelectric device, and emit the heat irradiated from the heating unit of the thermoelectric device. The cooling water supplying unit supplies cooling water to the water jackets. The case surrounds the water jackets and the side of the hand piece body.
