PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-shutoff structure for the doorway of a bathroom wherein the possibility of deformation and breakage can be precluded, a water- shutoff board can be surely erected or brought down by means of a simple construction, and a good cleaning performance can be provided. SOLUTION: A water-shutoff board 4 is provided on the floor surface of a doorway of a bathroom so as to be erected and brought down, so that if a door 1 is closed, the board 4 is erected and if the door 1 is opened, the board 4 is brought down. And magnets 10, 11 are provided on the door 1 and board 4 respectively, so that the board 4 is erected or brought down by magnetic forces when the door 1 is closed or opened.
