发明名称 SHOCK WAVE THERAPEUTIC INSTRUMENT AND THERMOTHERAPEUTIC INSTRUMENT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve therapeutic efficiency by controlling the driving voltage to be impressed to a shock wave generating means so as to gradually increase this voltage from irradiation start. SOLUTION: An irradiation shock wave data output instrument 102 increases the driving voltage from 0 to the max. driving voltage at about every prescribed number of shots of shock wave pulses, i.e., every 300 shots. The term 'max. driving voltage' signifies the set driving voltage. As a result, the sock wave irradiation is stopped, the focusing positions move and the driving voltage increases at every 300 shots. This voltage increase is controlled by a CPU 22. If the total number of irradiation is 1,000 to 4,000, the driving voltage is increased up to the max. driving voltage at 1 KV each by each of shock wave 4 pulses. If the total number of irradiation is 4001 to 8000, the driving voltage is increased at 1 KV each by each of 8 pulses. Such irradiation may be made settable as one of the conditions. As a result, the safety is enhanced and the therapeutic efficiently may be improved.
