PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cut off all terminals by previously notifying a cutting instruction transmitted from a chairperson terminal to all MCUs in a system by means of inter-MCU communication and successively cutting off cascade-connected MCUs using a line step-out generated at the time of inter-MCU line cutting processing as a trigger. SOLUTION: A chairperson terminal 11 transmits an all terminal cutting request CCK to multipoint video conference control device MCU 1. The MCU 1 sets up a cutting flag to ON and transmits a cutting command COM to an MCU 2. Similar control is executed also by respective MCUs 2 to 4 but each of the MCUs 3, 4 transmits a cutting response RES to the MCU 2. The MCU 1 receives RES, judges that the start of cutting processing can be notified to all MCUs in the system and executes all line cutting processing. Since the cutting flag is set up to on, each of the MCUs 2 to 4 executes all line cutting processing. |
