PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition rapidly curable with ultraviolet rays, excellent in adhesion to a resin substrate and capable of providing its cured product excellent in demolding and restoring properties and scuff resistance and having a high refractive index by including specific two kinds of urethane (meth)acrylates, a reactive monomer and a photopolymerization initiator. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a urethane (meth)acrylate prepared from a diol compound having >=3,000 molecular weight (e.g. an aliphatic polyester diol), (B) a urethane (meth)acrylate obtained from a diol compound having <=500 molecular weight (e.g. ethylene glycol), (C) a reactive monomer [e.g. 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate] and (D) a photopolymerization initiator (e.g. 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone) in preferably (80/20) to (20/80) weight ratio of the components A/B. When the whole resin composition is 100 pts.wt., the amounts of the components are 10-60 wt.% of the total amount of the components A and B 30-85 wt.% of the component C and 0.5-15 wt.% of the component D.
