PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably suppress deterioration of edible fat and oil for saving resource, efficient usage of oil or environmental control. SOLUTION: A pump 4 driven by a motor 5 actuates a suction force in an oil-feeding route 16 in this purifier 1. The edible oil serially flows in to the apparatus 1 from the suction port 9, penetrates through a purifying unit made of granite porphyry and the penetrated oil drops to the part of a spacer 21. The oil dropped to the part of the spacer 21 penetrates through a purifying sheet 20 and flow down to a sheet support 19, thus flew down oil is collected by a collecting tray 18 and fed to the pump 4. The pump 4 feeds the oil to the discharging port 10, accordingly purified oil is discharged from the discharging hose 13 which is connected to the discharging port 10.
